Management Consultant with over eight years of professional expertise in HR management, project execution, curriculum and manual development, policy and strategy development and organizational development. His experience spans multiple sectors, including financial services, NGOs and private enterprises.

He has been instrumental in the implementation of HR strategies, talent management frameworks, and capacity-building programs across diverse organizations. Cephas has done works for key industry players such as the Ghana Association of Savings and Loans Companies (GHASALC), Ghana Microfinance Companies (GMFC), GIZ and various SMEs in West Africa.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Ghana and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Project Management. Cephas is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management (CIHRM), Ghana, demonstrating his commitment to excellence in HR and organizational management. His strategic insight into HR and organizational leadership enables him to support FIAC’s mission of strengthening financial institutions through effective human capital development.
